It has been long time……..

sauce.jpgIt has been very long since I had my last Indian dinner. It was more than two years ago I would say. The dinner was nice. Indian spice is not very spicy compared with Thai and Chinese spice. Their food taste is rather rich, I can only have it once in a long while. I used to have lots of Indian food when I was in the UK as Indian restaurants, Take Away and food stores are very common and popular in there. You can even buy homemade Indian food from the supermarkets such as Marks & Spencers and Tesco.

Irish Coffee

I haven’t been out much for dinner since I was back from LA. I also haven’t had Irish coffee for ages. I went to Seafood and Oyster Bar tonight where mainly serves seafood meal. It was a good meal. Their Irish coffee is great! If I didn’t remember it wrong, the last time I had Irish coffee was about few years ago. I used to love Irish coffee and Scottish coffee when I was in the UK. It’s very common to have it in local cafes but not many can make very good Irish coffee. The good mix of coffee, cream and whisky is very important. I don’t like those with too strong taste of whisky, but those with balance well mixed of three elements are excellent. If I happened to have a good one, I would remember the taste of it for long…….. :) I think the one I had tonight, I can remember it for a year! No kidding!

At Sprazzo

Okay, I had nice dinner again tonight. It’s the second Italian restaurant I visited during this trip called Sprazzo. I had cuisines of Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, French and American seafood during this trip. They all are great restaurants. I enjoy all of them and I also love to walk around by the beach. The sunshine here is wonderful. I will miss LA. :)

The most romantic restaurant in LA….

I enjoy the outdoor dinning experience in Inn Of The Seventh Ray . The atmosphere is great! They also provide very nice organic dishes and healthy drinks on the menu.

Carrie’s birthday dinner

We had Beijing cuisine for Carrie’s birthday dinner. It was a well-known Beijing restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. I could never find it without my friends telling me where it is. This restaurant is located inside an old building with many Indian shops around. It was totally packed. We reserved a table at 9:30pm, but still needed to wait for it. It was a long queue until 10:30pm. It is a very popular restaurant but I found no web site on net though.

South Beauty!

Wow! I enjoy my eating experience very much in South Beauty tonight, which is a well-known Chinese restaurant chain from Beijing.

h.jpg3.jpg2.jpg

It’s located in Lee Garden. They don’t only offer cuisines of Shanghai, Xi Chuan, Beijing and Canton, and also many creative food ideas. Their interior looks like an old Shanghai theatre.

6.jpgLook at this hanging pork dish! It doesn’t only look good, and also taste very good. The garlic and sesame sauce as well as sliced carrot are all wrapped by a piece of pork slice, and being served as a pork roll. We missed to try a creative dessert named “Four Treasures of Chinese Scholar” (English name on their menu) It means four major writing tools of Chinese Calligraphy. The set includes paper, brush, ink and ink stick. They transform this idea into dessert, but unfortunately, we couldn’t try it tonight, as it has to be ordered in one day advance.

The toliet is full of mirrors. You have to press a stone made button to get in, which is quite cool! The lift is in pink.Gosh! I really check out all the details of this restaurant regardless of interior design, food quality and service. Overall, everything is very good.
