The very different of “me”
None of you would realise what I looked like long time ago. I did have very short hair. Many of my friends also can’t recognise me once they see my old photos. I absolutely looked very different in the past compared with my current look. I was taller. I mean it. I am about two inches shorter compared with my height ten years ago. It’s weird, but it happened. I was taller than my mum, but now I am shorter than her. I was not tall, but I did look bigger in size overall. I now look small in size overall, and am kind of short in height. It could be caused by yoga some people said. It could be caused by food I eat in Asia, and caused by the changes of environment after I was back to Asia. The air is much freshy in N.Z. and the U.K. The diet was very different from the diet I have in here. The quality of food definitely is different between the west and the east. I ate more sandwiches. I was in western diet. Now, I eat Chinese food for daily diet. There is so much difference, so I also look different. LoL

Don’t steal!
No matter what kind of plants we placed indoor, none of them can get rid of attacks of Kit Kit. If the pet likes eating plants, which means they need some vegetables for self detox. They take the plant as their natural medicine. Animals are clever, aren’t they?

My handmade jewelry blog is completed!
Robin Lee Jewelry is eventually completed. It’s a new blog about my handmade jewelry and its idea development. Several sites were linked on it. One of them contains most of my old artworks. I am no longer keeping all of them, so I keep some I really like and uploaded them on Flickr.
Feel free to visit!! Robin Lee Jewelry
Yogayuga still exists. I have two blogs now. ^_^

Yes! Daniel Day-Lewis got it!!
Daniel Day-Lewis won the best actor of Oscar for the second time. I knew he would get it. He is the best among all the nominators. I haven’t seen his new film, but I indeed like his acting in all his movies. My favourite movies of him are Unbearable Lightness of Bearing, The Age of Innocence and In the Name of the Father. He is a great actor. I am a big fan of his movies since 14.
I haven’t seen any of those nominated films in Oscar this year, so I don’t have comments on any of them. Most are not yet on our cinemas.

I have been watching series of democratic debates on CNN lately. It’s neck to neck between Hillary and Obama. I don’t know much about American politic, but I do like the way they debate. I always love to watch debates.
Some political bloggers did give negative comments about Hillary on their blogs, but I couldn’t understand all until I watched Hillary’s debate in Texas. I fully understand why she has been seen as shallow and political - saying anything to get elected. She said she is going to give the citizenships to all the Latino in Texas. I am surprise when she said it. American government is always strict about its immigration policy, but there are over thousands of illegal workers working in Texas. Hillary said such things in front of those who are not supposed working in the country. I wonder how she can be trusted.
Oh well, it’s not my position to give comment on this topic as I am an outsider.
I have been working on a new blog about my handmade jewelry. It’s something for brainstorming. It’s about my idea, design and product development of the items I did. I am not going to write everything up for every single piece I have already done, but will pick few items to start with. I hope my new blog can bring me some ideas by brainstorming. Once I write things up, I will keep thinking what I should do next. My new blog should help me to be more innovative.
I started to do higher level of yoga. I can bend myself very well in lots of postures. Most of yoga teachers said I have potential in yoga. They all said I am very flexible, but my leg muscle is very tight. My teacher questioned me if I did wear high heel shoes too much that causing such problem. Oh well, what can I say? I did wear high heel shoes very often when I used to work in the office. I wore them everyday. I don’t wear much now but they did cause me problem in long run…dear…I learn my lesson!!
My dance exam is going to be postponed until November. Our teacher said we are not ready for the exam so it’s better to be arranged later this year. Our teacher is always absent due to the business trips of his full time job so our class is not always on schedule. Anyway, I will be happy enough if I could achieve the bronze level of Latin dance. lol I ask for no more!!
No commentsInnocent love story is still around….
Please forget the stupid sex scandal of Edison Chen and all his actress lovers. Let’s watch some meaningful movies together! It is Ok to talk about it at the beginning of the whole story, but is kind of tiry reading discussion of people made on internet and listening conversation of people made on the dim sum tables after weeks. What’s point? What I mean is most of the people only concern about how many more photos are going to be online again, and how many more actresses are going to be involved. They don’t concern how they should educate the children. Most of the kids did see those naked pictures on the net. It’s a bad influence to them. Sex education has never been developed properly in H.K., so everyone just passes around the wrong messages to eachother. Our Chinese newspapers are the worst. The way they described the photos and the story is terrible. They put this story on the front pages of newspapers everyday, but the way they published it, which is nothing formal. Therefore, many just take it for entertaining. This gossip becomes their daily conversation. We need to discuss it in positive ways that allow children to learn from it. Then the children will look at these issues in positive way rather than keeping those pictures for personal collection. Anyway, the whole world just laughs at the celebrities of Hong Kong being so immoral. God! They really need assistance of God. LoL
I have seen a very good movie today. It’s a pure love story. Innocent love story is still around. A young widow discovers that her late husband has left her ten messages intended to help ease her pain and start a new life. Her beloved husband planned everything ahead before he died. He wrote her a series of letter that will guide her, not only through her grief, but in rediscovering herself. In the weeks and months that follow, more letters from her husband are delivered in surprising ways, each sending her on a new adventure and each signing off in the same way; P.S. I love you. Each letter is pushing her further into a new future, not tied her to the past. This story is about how a love so strong can turn the finality of death into a new beginning for life.
I did weep quite a bit for this story. It’s so touching. It’s a true story of this film’s director. I do truly believe this story could happen on any of us. True love does last forever. I got no doubt about it. Love does keep one’s mind strong with courage.
P.S. I love you

Valentine mood
It’s such a lovely and warm atmosphere to shop around on Valentine. Live band was playing romantic music the whole afternoon in Harbour City. Every couple was holding a brunch of flower. Some dressed up nicely to have candle light dinners. Everyone queued up for buying chocolate. I believe many did take a day off for Valentine as the shopping centre was so crowd. Perhaps, some people are still on CNY holiday. Anyway, it’s such a nice sweet day though the weather is still so cold.

Chinese blossom flowers are all around the whole shopping centre…..

Let’s talk about love! It’s Valentine!
Valentine is about love. Let see what kids think about love…….Happy Valentine’s Day!
What Love means to a 4-8 year old . . . Slow down for three minutes to read this. It is so worth it. Touching words from the mouth of babes. A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, “What does love mean?” The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think:

And the final one — Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.
When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,
“Nothing, I just helped him cry” (how sweet!)

How sweet! I have my own judgment on love. When you truly love someone, you will always stand by your love. You will accompany your love to go through all the difficulties and obstacles without leaving. You will support your love and never give up. You will sit next to your love when he is sick. You will give him your clothes when he is cold. Your love is always beautiful in your eyes. You love the way he is, and the way he acts. You respect him. You adore him. You understand him. You trust him. You share all your happiness and sadness with him. You smile deep in your heart when you see him. It’s nothing fancy, but as simple as that….I love you! Be my Valentine!
