My first Mango Napoleon
I joined a baking class today, and baked my first Mango Napoleon! I followed the recipe and teacher’s instruction. It wasn’t difficult. It turned out much better than I thought actually. My parents like it. They said it tastes very delicious and just right, not too sweet as those in restaurants. I will learn to bake coffee cheese cake and apple crumple next time when I have time again. It is always nice to cook yourself delicious food. Homemade food and cakes are always healthy as you can control the ingredients. I am pleased with what I have done today. ^_^

Very nice! Wish that I could try a piece as Mango Napoleon is one of my all time favorite deserts. It is difficult to believe that in Hawaii, good Mango Napoleon is hard to find. But true!!!
The last time that I had a good one was 3 or 4 years ago. I knew a Pinay who coulkd really make a good one, but she went back to Manila. Sigh.
