Recycling fun!
My mum is amazing! She made us several different sizes of cosmetic bag with my old skirt. I was giving my old skirt to Salvation army last week, which I had for more than five years. My mum picked it up, and cut it apart to make several bags with sewing machine. How great she is! My skirt is with me again! ^_^

Very creative. It would never occur to me to do something like that and, even if it did, I wouldn’t have nearly the talent to do it.
Joyce, your Mom made her own wedding gown, was beautiful and stylish in that year. I sitll have the pictures.

Oh yes, Patty, my mum did make herself wedding gown. She is now still making us clothes when she feels like it. We are so lucky!! ^_^
