Are you coming home for dinner?
“Are YOU coming home for dinner tonight?” Daddy…
It’s such a sweet SMS! It’s not fair I don’t have one, Dad!!!
My sister received a SMS by my Dad this morning by asking her if she came home for dinner tonight. My Dad has never sent any SMS to anyone as he is not very used to send message with phone and such. It’s just not his way. Me and my sister are very surprise. My sister was being funny and saying..”See I got Dad’s SMS, and you don’t!” Then I complained to my Dad that “I am jealous, I want one! I want one!”
Hahhaha It’s just our family sense of humour…..and feeling of sweet…

That’s sweet. I think I would have a heart attack if I ever got an SMS from my dad. Although I sent him one once to show him how it works.
Everyone of my family relies heavily on sms (text messaging) to communicate with one another. SMS is an effective yet unobtrusive way to communicate even when my children are in schools, when my wife is in a yoga lesson, or when I am in meetings. Around 11 pm every evening, if I am still awake on my bed but too lazy to get up to check on my older son (poor kid who takes too many AP courses and studies late every evening), I will send him a message to remind him to go to bed. We send hundreds of text messages to one another every month. On my Treo (Palm) phone, I have three keys assigned to my two children and my wife. Pressing-and-holding one of the keys will launch the SMS application and automatically pre-fill their phone number. It is so easy that there is no reason not to communicate often.
