Our dinner…

I cooked these tonight….Steamed rice with dry scallop and stir fry Chinese cabbage with dry shrimps…

Steamed rice with dry scallop has been our major meal for years. My Mum cooked this for me since I was a kid. And now it’s my term to cook for her.

    My Mom used to make that dry scallop rice too. She put dried shrimp, Chinese Bok Choi and called it “veggie rice” 菜飯. And I cannot cook for her anymore…..
