My sister’s lunch box

18.jpgMy sister called me this afternoon and told me she wasn’t coming back for dinner, but she would like to have a lunch box for tomorrow. I cooked her pork chop with black pepper sauce, Chinese vegetable and fry egg. We have total different taste of fry egg. My sister needs egg absolutely being cooked. She doesn’t like eating fresh egg yoke, but I am total opposite, I am into the sunny side up egg with fresh egg yoke. Anyway, I become the main cook of our house these days. ;-)

This story reveals the value and relationship within your family. While your parents are away, your sister as-a-matter-of-factly knows that she can count on you for her lunch box, and you as-a-matter-of-factly takes care of her need. This usual life episode of yours seems unusual to me. I wish I had a sister or brother like you.

I second TT’s comment. I have no sisters and I think my brother would just laugh uncontrollably if I ever asked him to make me a lunch box.

    TT:

I think this is common in my family. I am the eldest, so I am supposed to look after my younger sister when my parents are not around. Cooking is handy stuff for me, so I am fine with doing it. I need to eat too! :P

oh well, in brother case then I am not surprise. ;-)
